Excellent service! They waited for us despite the flight delay.

Due to the pandemic, we were given a hard time by other rental companies in Paris, but Hertz was very friendly and rented a car to us. To show my gratitude, I upgraded the vehicle. However, due to changes in our return schedule, we needed to switch to a different drop-off location and exchange the car earlier. Firstly, contacting their customer service by phone was very difficult. Secondly, there were errors in the final bill. Nevertheless, after communicating with QEEQ customer service, the extra charges were refunded.

Most of the staff are excellent. A few individuals had some issues.

A very good company, but the wait time for picking up the car was too long. There was only one customer being served before me, and I waited for over 20 minutes. After completing the paperwork, I had to wait another 10 minutes at the parking garage. Previously, in the US, Hertz rental process was very quick. Is this a common issue in Europe? Nonetheless, the process was smooth, with no extra sales pitches.

There is no way to communicate with them France Hertz because some problem in their call routing process. Informed India Hertz and US Hertz too. But they could not help. Also road side assistance there is no response in France
