You get what u pay for

I do not understand why you even offered a car with a broken driver seat adjustment. You should only rent cars that are 100%.

I would never EVER rent a car from this company. I arrived to pick up car that I reserved and paid deposit on to be told after waiting for over an hour in line that they did NOT have a car for me. The worst part is that the company has not reimbursed my money for deposit back.

They did a great job and even an upgrade of the car! Second time using green motion. Excellent service!!!

Bus took too long. Waited for over 40 minutes to check in and get car. Did not give me a receipt at time of auto return. Counter could not give receipt. Tried calling numerous times about receipt and phone doesn't answer. Will never again use this company for auto rentals. Worst experience ever.

A) Difficult to find pick up location. b) Slow shuttle c) Over 1 hour to check in-1 person at the counter-Did not even acknowledge we were there. d) Car had dents and chipped windshield. e) Won't be using this company again.
