When I arrived at the Chic Car counter, they refused to give me the vehicle because the English name on my rental order (in Pinyin) did not match the English name on my ID. After negotiations between the Zuzuche staff and them, and providing an email proof that I am the same person, they finally gave me the car. The Zuzuche staff were very reliable and efficient. I will definitely use their service again next time.

This was a very, very poor experience and possibly violated transport safety regulations. Before placing the order, I repeatedly emphasized that I needed a child seat and confirmed multiple times with the rental company. I even canceled a previous SUV booking because that company did not provide child seats and switched to one that did. However, when we arrived at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport to pick up the car, the rental company informed us they had no child seats available. They said they have some at their downtown location, a 45-minute drive away without traffic, but it would close in an hour. Given Bangkok's notorious traffic, it was unrealistic to expect us to drive into the city during rush hour and pick up the seat before they closed. We checked the traffic and realized it was almost impossible, so we had to buy a booster seat from a nearby mall and then drive to Hua Hin. The entire process, including communication, took nearly three hours, forcing us to drive to Hua Hin at night. Neither the rental company nor the rental platform tried to resolve the issue; they just passed the buck, treating us like fools. As a long-time user of the platform, I am very disappointed and will reconsider whether to continue using their app. We prefer to rent directly from companies with better service.

The staff said adding an additional driver would cost 100 THB per day when picking up the car. Fortunately, no extra charges were applied when returning the car.

The car was bad many scratches on the outer of the car. And there are many ants inside the car. Is irritating when you driving and having remove the ants crawling around u. Very bad experiences this time round with Chic Car rent. Disappointed!!!!
