Lovely but underpowered car with pressure and poor transparency of costs- so won’t use again

My rental company was Green Motion, not Carnect. The car was good, a Korean make. I originally booked a Volkswagen Golf, but they gave me the Korean car instead. This car might be more advanced than the Volkswagen Golf, making it easier to drive and more comfortable to ride in. Many roads in the UK are narrow, and its lane departure warning system was very useful for those of us not used to driving on the left. Additionally, Green Motion's pick-up and drop-off procedures were convenient, and the staff's service attitude was good.

Great new car. Need for a deposit despite having excess insurance is a pain. Otherwise a very good experience for the price

The car had damage on the back left of the boot which I told the staff about before I drove off. There was a message on the dashboard saying service required-4500 miles and then I noticed another message saying washer fluid required Clearly this car had not been checked over before I had it

QEEQ are very good. This is my sec time booking through them and will do it again

Allow extra time to pick up your vehicle the office is tiny and busy. I had to wait outside when I first got there as it was jam packed. You when have to walk to the other side of the hotel to collect your car.
