Fast service

The international brand was okay, but the process was too slow. I had to wait a long time.

Hertz is very professional, they provided a BMW 3 SUV. The car was in excellent condition, with only 10,000 km. The pick-up and drop-off processes were convenient and quick. This was my first time renting a car overseas, and I am very satisfied.

There were an unusually high number of people renting cars at the airport. Even with 5 or 6 windows open, I still waited for over half an hour. However, the service staff were very thorough and enthusiastic. I received a Renault, which had much more space than a Golf. The car was also very new, with less than 1000 kilometers on it. Very good.

Service from Hertz in Lille centre was fine once we located the correct office. (see next field). Hertz staff gave us good advice which we heeded, e.g. GPS, auto Versus manual, choice of model. On return of car we forgot to mention to Hertz staff that we noticed one of the reversing lights wasn't working on the Peugout 2008 (FE108FX). I hope they will notice this on their vehicle safety check before
