Overall service was satisfactory, and the vehicle's exterior was briefly inspected during return.

Be warned, the rental company already charged for insurance through the booking platform, but at the store, they will add a super expensive insurance without asking, which is way more costly than the rental fee. This is a deceptive tactic. Additionally, the documents are mostly in Spanish, making it hard to understand. You might think you have fully paid, but that’s not the case. Do not fall for it!!! The police did not accept the license information provided by the car rental company online, and held the rental company responsible. However, the rental company shirked their responsibility.

This car had a lot of wear and tear with at least 8 ine items describing them. There was a a persistent whine at when cruising on the motorway, and a disturbing vibration when overtaking on the motorway. The car's warning light for low oil popped up on my drive in to return the car and was alarming.
