Very bad service and a very in polite front office lady. She lied by saying they don’t have XC 60 Volvo that we booked within fleet but up on drop off we found it returned on the same day! Totally in ethical and not accepted . Will never deal with AVIS and I demand a refund for the rent fee difference .

AVIS is located inside the airport terminal, easy to find. The car pickup point is a bit far but there's a shuttle bus. The staff are quite friendly and easy to communicate with.

The young lady at the pickup point (garage) was very courteous, patient, and answered all our questions (despite her limited English). The staff at the drop-off point were also very helpful. Initially, we didn't know where to return the car, but the lady at the airport terminal personally escorted us to the return point and handed us over to the on-duty staff.
