Really appreciated the great price and no pressure from the staff.

Provided a Ford with an extra-large trunk. This car is almost the standard taxi in New York, with plenty of space for luggage. It was great to have this option.

Only issue was on the drop off, staff did not know how to get to our hotel (on airport) and also I had two chase up emails asking if I had returned the car

Car was disgraceful , dirty inside and out. Full of marks and scratches. Charged me additional fees for no reason. Impossible to contact to say I was stuck in traffic and would be late to return car and then charge me an extra day rental for being less than 1 hour late - disgusting customer service and appalling service

The Van exceeded our expectations, and very helpful letting us know when to make a shuttle. Could have used a bathroom but did not see one at location.

Booking platform was very easy to navigate, and was very helpful.
