Perfect!!

First I paid for Easyrentcars 460,47 Euro on the 24th of June. And then I paid again, for the same car in the airport when I picked up the car 363,05 USD According to the Rental Voucher the total charges of the Rental Car is 460,47 Euro and the amount due at pick up is 0,00 EURO I want 363,05 USD back. The queue to collect the car was over an hour and a half which I consider completely unreasonable. At one point there were 4 members of staff talking amongst themselves rather than serving the very long queue of people, who were extremely tired after a long trip. When I did get to the desk, the employee then attempted to sell various insurances, claiming we didn’t have any protection when the paperwork clearly stated we did. Obviously, we did not take the insurance, but he told lies about the amount of cover we had, trying to take advantage of our lack of knowledge of the country and our fatigue. I loved the car, it was exactly what we needed, but the service at Budget on pick up was terrible. On return it was easy and friendly.

waited over 30 minutes at the counter to collect car, then had to walk to a different terminal to collect the car. After a 8 and a half hour flight pretty annoying!! Then got to the car, it hadnt been cleaned inside and stunk of stale cigarettes!!! Not pleasant, and not happy

Counter staff excellent and car excellent. Long queue but plenty of staff.

Very good

Like: We had a good car for 11 days for a little over $400. No hidden fees, no surcharges, the price we were quoted was exactly what we paid. The Budget pickup location was right at the airport, and you go accross the street to pick up the car, very simple. Would definitely fo business with them again.
Dislike: We rented a Standard Car, in the description it said a Chrysler 200 or similar, I don't see how a Volkswagen Jetta Tsi is similar to a Chrysler 200. This was my only dislike... I wish on the booking site they will give you all the possible "Standard" size vehicle options. Or better yet what each category means. But over all not bad.
