The return of the AU$200 deposit has been slow, needs to improve efficiency!

The store was very busy when I went to pick up the car, but it was well managed and the staff were very friendly. By the time I got to pick up my car, the originally booked model was no longer available. After negotiating, the store manager upgraded me to a Porsche Cayenne for a small additional fee. After returning the car, I carelessly left my wallet in the car. Even though the staff had finished work, they delivered it to my hotel at around 11 PM and firmly refused to accept any service fee. Encountering such a good company and warm service in a foreign country, along with the beautiful scenery of Australia, made it all very worth it. I strongly recommend Aucar.

I filled in the wrong return time when placing the order. After picking up the car, I realized the return time was set 3 hours earlier. I informed them about this but wasn't assured, so I reiterated the issue via WeChat. When returning the car, they charged me over 400 because I returned it 2 hours later according to the order time and penalized me with two days of rental fees. What a terrible experience.

My only minor criticism was that I didn’t receive the car that I ordered. Otherwise, the experience was great and I will use them again.

Like: Great experience renting the car with AUCAR. Efficient and no fuss services. Car was in good condition. And everything was clearly explained.
Dislike: Very competitive price. Car was in great condition.
