They ripped me off and charged me three times the amount that was mentioned on your receipt!!!! I will do everything to get my money back. Really concerned about my upcoming booking with you.

The staff at DOLLAR reception was very friendly. After we purchased full insurance on the spot, they upgraded our rental car for free and carefully explained the precautions. The car we received had only been driven over ten thousand kilometers and was in great condition. We used it for 14 days, traveled over 2800 kilometers across Germany, Austria, and the Czech Republic without any issues. We are very satisfied!

A big queue and a long wait at collection was the only issue. Staff seemed very slow serving each customer. It seems more advanced preparation could be done as all bookings are done in advance, so why so much paperwork is filled in on the day, I have no idea!
