Pick up experience very frustrating

The provider was great! They didn’t have a car ready so there was some wait time but the car was clean and the agent was helpful.

I’m not sure how price protector works.

Car rental service was excellent. The counter person was very friendly and very good at service. Got a brand new car, which was nice to drive. Airport port pick-up and drop was on time. Overall I and my family very much impressed with the Fox Rent A Car.

Portal was Easy for Booking car and good price. Price was good to compare to other rental providers.

Car had interior stains on seats due to a prior customer using the car at a beach and getting in the car when wet. This was noted at time of pickup and didnt really effect anything but I don't understand why they would keep the vehicle in service without cleaning the seats first.

The car was a 2 wheel drive, summer tire equipped vehicle for snow locale. The car had many scratches, dents, on all sides. Marvin was nice at pu, but other staff, not so much. At drop off, we had to wait 20 mins on the shuttle. In the shuttle, your driver did not have room for a child in a carrier... parents put child on floor surrounded by baggege. The snowboard bag loaded on top of the rack FELL to the floor during the wild first turn. The reactive parents avoided it hitting the child. At this pooint, your driver realized his arrogance and error, and slowed down. Mutually accepted NOT to tip. Inside of the car... seatbelyt in rear not exposed. Lifted seat to do so... last many occupants feeding frenzy uncovered! Foot prints on the absolutley disgusting interior windshield... last time cleaned was??? So the car sat for most of week due to insecurity of driving it in any road conditions. First. Last rental with Fox.
