This was a 3rd party company and was very hard to find rental place. They even had wrong name onsign

It took a long time to pick up car. She guilted me into getting e-toll pass - she said that some tolls do not accept cash and if you go through it costs lots of $. It was $100 more!!! The car we got had manual windows/locks and a dirty windshield. It had ants in it. Kept crawling on us. They gave us another the next day which was nicer. I was not impressed. I rent several cars a year and usually never have any trouble.

Booking was easy. Never contacted them. I would appreciate it if they contact me about our situation.

I needed to contact someone in order to change pick up time during my arrival to Orlando's MCO Airport but no one ever pick the telephone when I called. Awful service support-they advertised 24hr call service available. All they had was an answering machine with no return call or live support.

I was very disappointed in this car rental company. They tried to over sell us in everything. The vehicle they gave us was not the one we booked. We were forced to buy extra insurance which doubled the price. Basically if something looks too good to be true it is!! I told them I wanted a refund but they said because it was a third party booking that wasn’t possible. The vehicle we got was old and banged up. They wanted to charge us an extra $12 per day for GPS and another $12 per day for toll highways. In all we spent $6.00 on tolls the entire week! Go with someone else!!

My reservation was cancelled , even though my flight was early, and they had cars available. I was told I would have to go online to get another reservation and then I would have to wait an Additional 30 minutes for it to show up in her system even though I had waited 30 minutes for the shuttle and another 30 at the counter. Staff was rude and did not even apologize. No one could find out why it was cancelled. Van driver was friendly. Wasted almost 2 hrs. Took the shuttle back and walked right up to another counter to get a car (perfect driving record, over 25, and rent frequently) Thought I would try this company. Never again and have already took friends to Never rent, or Park there, ever.

The check in process would have been faster if I had brought my ins card.
