Quick, but very expensive!

They insisted we pay extra for full insurance coverage we had already purchased online. They wouldn't give us the car without it. With the help of the online service representative, we avoided the extra charge. They retaliated against us and used discriminatory and malicious language towards Chinese people.

They charge a large deposit and insurance fee on-site, and if you don't pay, they fine you.

The service attitude was extremely poor, and the location was very remote. Big companies are usually in the terminal where you can walk to pick up the car, but for them, you have to take a shuttle for more than 10 minutes to a very remote location. Instructions on how to find it were not clear and really they should have someone at the airport with a sign at all times (our flight was delayed). There was a large additional fee for no-risk cover and the woman serving us did not explain it well - wish I could have known about that in advance. The fuel hold also was not removed and there was a huge queue. We were offered an upgraded car which was great, and we loved the vehicle.
