Pretty good!

This rental experience was very unsatisfactory compared to previous ones. Your company requires the renter to be the sole driver. If additional insurance is not purchased, my husband is not allowed to drive! I only used my name to pay for the car online, but I am not the driver! Therefore, I am very dissatisfied! Other companies such as National, Yesaway, and Chic Car Rent do not have such requirements or extra named driver fees. So, I will not rent from Europcar again in the future.

It's been over two months and the deposit still hasn't been refunded. They've been stalling, saying the UnionPay card refund process is slow. I clearly used a dual-mark card through the Visa channel in USD. After endless back-and-forth with them and their customer service via email, it was truly a terrible car rental experience!

Long waiting time at the pick up counter but the process was smooth. Long waiting time to pick up the car but the staff attended was friendly. The car was relatively new and in good condition.

Like: They provided a bigger and better car than what I had ordered - as Mirage was not available.
Dislike: Audio in the car didn’t have a CD player - not a big issue.
