The store is convenient to locate. Returning the car was especially easy, just handed over the keys and that's it. However, the car model I reserved did not match the one I received; the actual vehicle was a Ford. Additionally, I had booked a compact SUV expecting unrestricted routes, but when I got the car, I was informed that I couldn't go to Deer Garden Heights and Paradise Road, which disrupted my plans.

My international driver's license translation wasn't certified by NZTA, so I couldn't complete the rental process. Thankfully, the staff was very patient and helped me print out last year's NZTA translation.

At the Christchurch International Airport branch, even though I bought the super full insurance, they recommended a deposit-free direct compensation for up to 2500 NZD with a 300 NZD premium, which I didn't opt for. Also, I purchased the fuel-empty return option in Queenstown but felt it was overpriced; they charged 135 NZD while the fuel price was 1.98 NZD per liter.
