Vreselijk niets is duidelijk

Terrible service, tried charging me over twice the price of fee i agreed on the internet, tried selling me insurance i didnt need and lied and told me my insurance didnt include things that it obviously did. Charged me more for bringing car over border to spain from france than they should have. Charged me for 7 days(full rental time) even though i was only over in spain for 2 days. Was a very stressful experience. had to argue for 30 mins at kiosk.

We waited for more than 3 hours to get the car. When your holiday is for 2 days, that in itself will screw the whole thing.. this is just unacceptable

Absolutely terrible. Non trained employees. I was told the car is not insured at all and it took me 45 mn to get the keys.

Counter staff helpful - getting the car and dropping off too slow due to lack of staff

Platform ok - didn’t get a price drop
