Waited nearly 2 hrs at pick up desk then had a very unhelpful member of staff at the outside desk where you pick up car keys the lady handing out keys through them at me and couldn’t tell me where car was will not be using ace again

We waited for more than 3 hours to get the car. When your holiday is for 2 days, that in itself will screw the whole thing.. this is just unacceptable

We have used several times. Due to this and our yearly car hire excess insurance, we no longer get the hard sell for own car rentals unnecessary insurance which we have found stressful with other companies. The car was very clean and in excellent condition.

Price drop protector was really good - we did pay less than initial booking price. Would definitely use again.
