The pick-up and drop-off processes are very efficient. Translation-certified blank licenses are accepted, and the car is quite new.

The staff had a good attitude. During the rental period, the car got stuck on a gravel road due to GPS navigation issues, and I called for assistance. The staff were very patient and quickly dispatched help to resolve the problem.

Overall service was pretty good, but the contract did not state that the fuel level at return must match the level at pickup. When we got the car, it only had two bars of fuel, not a full tank. This made it hard to gauge how much fuel to add when returning the car. We ended up having to pay an extra 15 Euros because the tank was slightly underfilled. Other companies operate on a full-to-full policy. I can't help but feel there's a bit of trickery involved.

External damage to bodywork was evident all around. All marked on paperwork and in all honesty removed any worries concerning any damage that might have occurred on the vehicle whilst parked in our possession. No quibbles at all.
