Good experience.

The receptionist at the counter was very enthusiastic and friendly. Reminder: The receptionist informed us that we could return the car without refueling, as they would refuel the vehicle at a lower cost. However, when we returned the car, the staff at the return desk mentioned that refueling at their location would be expensive (around 3 to 4 dollars per liter) and recommended refueling the car ourselves before returning it. To avoid any issues, we went to a nearby Apollo station to refuel the car.

The car pickup process was slow and there were not enough staff.

Pick up and drop off process with unbelievably easy. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Very straightforward booking. Clear instructions. Did not managed a lower price, though.

Do not recommend as we booked and paid for our car for after hour pick up and we ended up having no car, no one to call and the lovely shuttle bus driver who was also incharge of the hotline after hours us to get an Uber home and come back the next day. He was also unable to reach bargain car rental. Vehicle condition is bad, with dents and scratches everywhere and dirty interior, check in staff was rude and refuse to solve any problems, email communications and instructions were not clear on timing which caused a lot of inconvenience and money at the end
