After the tire blew out, it took about 2 hours for the car rental company to answer the phone. The 24-hour roadside assistance hotline was called for half an hour, but neither the rental company nor the assistance service spoke good English. The replacement car provided by the rental company needed to be picked up in person, and the journey took more than an hour, wasting almost the entire day. I would suggest avoiding this company.

Quick and efficient. They do promote insurance, but if you say no, they respect your choice without any hassle. There's no need to stick to rental companies inside the airport terminal, as this limits your options. Many rental companies are just a few minutes' walk from the airport, so you can choose those with better reviews and a wider range of vehicles.

Very professional and friendly service. At the drop off was pouring down rain and the place was a good 10 minutes walking from the airport, I asked the guy after he checked the car if he could drive me back and he did, his name was Vito. I am very satisfied.

The customer service was excellent, though at the airport in Catania where to pick up the car was not at all clear and we ended up waiting over two hours to pick up the car which was a bit of a nightmare.
