This time, my car was scratched by another vehicle, but it wasn't covered in the insurance policy, so I had to pay 610 euros myself. I think it's very troublesome for the platform to provide domestic insurance services due to language barriers, reporting issues, etc. They also advised against buying the rental company's insurance, so I ended up being the guinea pig! It's better to book directly through the official website.

The staff at the car rental company were indifferent. After filling out the form, I couldn't get the rental contract and was asked to take photos of the car myself as the contract, recording any damage through photos. The paper contract had no records; they refused to accept a French bank card, claiming it was a debit card, and required me to buy their insurance for 80 euros on the spot. After I presented a Chinese credit card, they questioned what kind of card it was. After I insisted, they finally processed the pre-authorization successfully; There was no assistance throughout the rental process. The first time I took the car, I couldn't start it. After repeatedly asking the staff for help, who were unwilling to move from the booth, I later found out that the car needed to be in neutral (N) to start; They did not inform me about refueling. When returning the car, the same staff asked for the rental contract. I provided the photos, handed the keys, and that was it.

Didn’t know there was a free shuttle to ok mobility just out of the airport, spent $30 on a taxi, advertising this a little better would help.
