Excellent car rental service company

The BUDGET at IAH doesn't require much waiting, it took less than 10 minutes for my turn. Much better than SFO (at least 2 hours).

I really dislike this company! They did not provide the car at the price I booked online and added several unnecessary insurance charges. Additionally, my reservation included a different drop-off location, and they charged me an extra $150 for a one-way fee. It's totally unreasonable! Even worse, the attendant told me that if I didn't add the insurance, I shouldn't rent the car, and they charged my credit card before letting me sign the contract! I advise all Chinese tourists to avoid renting from this company; they take advantage of Chinese customers!

Me cobraron ustedes en su portal una cantidad de 3600 pesos aproximadamente. Al revisar mi estado de cuenta tengo un cargo de 2400 adicional por parte de Budget. El carro está en perfectas condiciones, porque se me está cobrando ese exceso adicional?

Great counter service. The only problem is the 15 dollar a day toll fees. That amount is excessive and there’s no way to just pay as you drive in Dallas or Houston.
