I booked a car for a price and I when I arrived to the counter they charge almost 100 dollars more.

Took too long to get the car. Person kept trying to upsell me a vehicle I didn’t need for just 2 people.

Easy to book on line.

The counter staff lady was excellent in the way she handled the customers. I booked a 7- seater vehicle, when I arrived at pay-less to pick up the vehicle, there were already 2 families waiting and 2 more came in for similar vehicle. Due to delay in returns, they were running short. They Lady at the counter handled the situation well and offered alternatives for people willing to take and was constantly communicating with status updates. Coming to the car, though the exterior was cleaned the interior was dirty with sticky pocket holes and greased seat.

The booking process was very easy and convenient.

Worst customer service ever. Slow, and rude. Need better training. No employee at desk for over 10 minutes. Car was low on gas. Windows in car were dirty.

No I need a full size car and they gave me a glorified small cross over and called it an up grade. I had to food down the seat to fit my luggage and couldn’t use the car with the whole family with all the luggage in it.

Like: When I turned in the keys I was told I left my cell phone in the car, it was given back to me, I started to leave when I noticed I also left a special ball point pin as well. The worker handed to me, I think he was going to keep it. t
