Great customer service. I booked the car under a different name and forgot my driving license, but they changed the driver for me without any conditions. Seeing we had so much luggage, they upgraded the car for free! Big thumbs up to the gentleman, though I forgot to get his name.

Very good overall, smooth experience. They only tried to upsell the highway ETC, which I didn't rent. However, there were few staff members so I queued for over half an hour. Americans work quite slowly.

The African American female clerk pushed for an upgrade without informing about the towing insurance.

Not satisfied. I booked a Jeep, but upon arrival, there were only a few cars to choose from, and the only SUV available was a Buick. After checking, it costs 125,900, which is not in line with my rental price.

Forced to buy insurance, otherwise no car.
