I reserved the car for 10:00 AM, but when I arrived at the store, there were no cars available. I had to wait for an hour and a half to get a car. The car was in poor condition and had nearly 80,000 kilometers on it. The fuel gauge was still one and a half bars away from being full. When I brought this up with the staff, they insisted it was considered a full tank. Worried about being treated unfairly, I decided to refill the tank completely before returning the car.

It's okay, but the service efficiency is average.

After registering in line, they told us we could get the car in two hours, but we ended up waiting nearly four hours.

Very convenient and easy to find. The whole process was smooth. Although the closing time is 6 PM, you can return the car by 7:45 PM.
