Overall not bad, but picking up the car at the store was a bit of a hassle. Additionally, the vehicle's features, condition, and cleanliness were not as good as on the Big Island. Although they washed the exterior of the car, the inside had a layer of volcanic ash on the dashboard, and the steering wheel felt grimy. There were even cockroaches; my friend felt something crawling on his leg while driving, and we eventually saw it crawling into the center console.

Very satisfied

The waiting time was long. No one was there to explain anything during car pick-up. We had to install the safety seat ourselves. The whole process seemed chaotic.

The staff informed us that they don't even have the Suburban model and gave us a rather old Conqueror. They said if we want to change cars we have to call and check ourselves, and only if there are available cars can we switch. They won't notify us as soon as a car becomes available.

Overall service was good. The procedures were easy.
