Green Motion was not worth the savings. Terrible car, terrible service.

The car was dirty and seats were stained. Lowest end model car with limited standard features. No bluetooth, no automatic windows... very basic four wheels to get from point A to point B. The worst was that the car had 1/8 of a tank of gas when we picked it up at 9PM. We complained but there was nothing they could do. This seemed to be standard operating procedure for this place. I would not ever rent from Green Motion again. The phone number to call for pickup from airport was ringing busy for the first 10 minutes we called. We just had to keep calling back until the phone line was available. I would guess they do not have call waiting.

Easy Rent Cars was easy enough to use but the rental car experience was not worth the savings.

“Cheap, far from airport, poor return service in the morning.”

The place to pick up the car is far from the airport. They come to pick You up but it's not comfortable. But terrible is return. If You do it in the morning You have to depend on the person from parking. And this person is not a worker of Green Motion. The person was not helpful at all. I almost lost my plane. Terrible bad way to solve returrn of the car.

The girl at the counter didn’t know what she was doing, after 11 hours flying with 2 little kids it took about 30 minutes to get my car, plus it was long way to walk to the car with my suitcases and 2 kids. It was very weird that I had to pay to clean the car.

The counter staff were generally useful, but not very enthusiastic. The car came with the baby car seat not attached. I was told I will need to clean the vehicle before checkout or face additional charges, but this was not the case when returning the vehicle (mine was a little dusty, from normal use). On checkout, the shuttle van driver was not very helpful, took forever to help us get in the car and initially did not want to help install the baby car seat for us, claiming the law requires I install it, which would’ve taken a few additional minutes as not all baby car seats are the same.
