Even after purchasing full insurance, they repeatedly emphasized that any minor scratches on the car would result in a 900 euro deposit deduction. When buying cross-border services, they initially quoted 12 euros but ended up charging 15 euros. When asked why, they simply shrugged and said, 'I don't know.' Overall, it was not a very pleasant car rental experience.

I am very satisfied with the overall service. Always read reviews before heading out, they can be really helpful. The customer service responds quickly and is very patient. It truly made me feel like I had someone to rely on while away. I especially want to thank the agents I spoke with on the phone. Great job!

When I arrived at the T1 store, there were no cars available. They said they didn't know how long I'd have to wait because they didn't have drivers to bring the cars from the parking lot. Then they told me to take a bus to the T2 store to pick up the car.
