Excellent!

Upon arrival, I was made to wait for nearly an hour. They didn't inform me in advance that a similar model wasn't available and directly gave me a lower-class car, forcing me to accept it. After two hours of arguing, they finally replaced it with a similar-class vehicle. However, when returning the car, they charged me an extra €956. When I asked why, the counter for different location returns just shrugged it off. Terrible car rental company.

Overall good, but the phone number on the contract was unreachable.

I was forced to buy additional insurance without my knowledge, and over 200 euros were charged to my credit card without reason. Awful service! I didn't even get the Volvo I booked.

The service was very friendly, but the French are quite laid-back, so the wait time for picking up the car was rather long.
