Good car, added expenses

I strongly advise against choosing this company if you are in a hurry. It is the only one without an airport counter. When I arrived, there was no staff at the airport. I had to ask many people to find out that I needed to go to the parking lot outside to find a staff member. The store's phone number was unreachable. Then I saw one staff member arguing with two customers about not being able to use debit cards or Amex. I waited a long time before he finally spoke to me, and he didn't help with the luggage. It was a very long drive to the rental location. There was only one staff member, and I waited a long time to get the car. Returning the car was even worse. I waited a long time for the shuttle bus to arrive, and it was full, so I had to wait again. Avoid this car rental company if you are on a tight schedule. Also, if you are returning the car at night, be very careful. The navigation to this return location goes through a very desolate area, which is very scary.

The rental point was very far away, and there was only one staff member, so I had to wait a long time to get the car. Returning the car was even more exaggerated, with another long wait. The shuttle bus took a long time to arrive and was full, so I had to wait even longer. If you're in a hurry, avoid this company. Additionally, if you return the car at night, be extra cautious as the route to the return point is very desolate and scary.

The car exchange was quite convenient, with shuttle buses to and from the airport. However, the security deposit return process is too slow. I returned the car on the 13th, and the authorization still hasn't been lifted.

It was the second time, within a months period, that I was getting a car from Centauro. Both times the car was not FULL to FULL as agreed upon. Not a big deal but would prefer full to full. Other then that very good and I will give them a third try for sure.

I needed to extend my trip by one day. I had to go back to Centauro and just change the paper work but left with the same vehicle. (as I wanted to) It would have been much more convenient if I could avoid the trip to the airport. I understand the logistic part but if there could be a way to avoid this it would be a bonus.
