Good experience, slightly slow efficiency.

The company extended the rental period by two days as requested but actually charged for three days, and deducted the amount directly from the guarantee credit card without consent. When I discovered this and contacted them, they refused to refund and only offered credit for future rentals.

No staff on duty and the keys were not left in the lockbox as agreed. I was stranded at the airport for two hours in 4-degree weather! According to airport staff, the lockbox for rental car keys was removed about six months ago, but the confirmation email from the rental company still directed me to the lockbox. The information is severely outdated.

The car was a bit small and we had to push down the seat to fit our two big luggage but other than that a smooth experience
