Terrible service, absolutely avoid this company. They discriminated against us as Chinese customers. We followed the entire process to handle a flat tire issue, but their internal miscommunication caused chaos. One staff member told us to wait on site for a tow truck, while another said to drive to an approved repair shop to fix the tire ourselves. We went to the repair shop, but after the repair, they charged us $300 for a towing fee. The worst part was that they claimed we breached the contract by returning the car a day early without any negotiation. They just told us: 'You need to return the car immediately, we can't help you with the rest.' Absolutely outrageous.

The pick-up and drop-off process was not complicated, but I received the car half an hour later than my scheduled time because no cars were available.

Tried to sell further insurance based on they said they did not know the cover I had purchased when booking with you. I think this info should be communicated to the car hire company. As you begin to doubt yourself and the cover you already have

The car was a bit small and we had to push down the seat to fit our two big luggage but other than that a smooth experience
