Daniel and Jay were very gentlemanly and considerate. Daniel called me in advance in my home country to arrange the car rental. Even though my flight was delayed by six hours, Jay still came to pick me up and arrange the car. After returning the car, Daniel drove me back to the hotel. Much appreciated.

The staff provided excellent service, including airport pick-up and drop-off, and thoughtfully reminded us of driving precautions. We rented the car for 23 days and had a great driving experience, exploring both the east and west coasts of New Zealand's South Island. The car was in good condition, fuel-efficient, and worry-free.
