Overall service was satisfactory, but the car rental company should provide more guidance and instructions for the pickup and drop-off processes. When picking up the car, after making the payment on-site, the company only gave a brief explanation of the contract. No staff accompanied me during pickup; I had to find the car myself. Once at the pickup location, it was not easy to locate any staff. For the return, it was done at night, and there was no one at the drop-off point.

Very dissatisfied, although they didn't push extra insurance or persuade me to upgrade the car, the reserved Volvo was unavailable and they only gave me an Opel if I didn't want to upgrade! They even downgraded me! Returning the car at Nice airport was complicated due to numerous turns, especially when trying to find the return lot. It's easy to end up in a parking lot instead of the car rental return area.

This is a scam car rental company. They claimed the model we reserved was not available and offered a free upgrade, but ended up charging us over three hundred euros for the upgrade and other fees. In the dead of winter, they didn't provide snow chains, causing the car to get stuck in the snow for a day and a night. When we called, they either ignored us, disappeared, or passed the buck. After we filed a complaint, it took one or two months to get a reply, and they completely shirked their responsibilities without providing any required documentation. Do not rent a car from them!
