Very satisfied. The pickup process took a bit longer, but luckily there was no one ahead of us. The delay was because the order needed to be confirmed. Our flight arrived earlier than expected, but the staff were accommodating. Once the information was verified, we got the car without any hassle. There was no hard sell either. An excellent experience overall.

To avoid disputes, we bought full insurance. We were careful drivers and had no issues, so we didn’t interact much with the rental company. On the pick-up day, we signed a contract, and they held a deposit of around 61 NZD, which was refunded about three to four days after returning the car. It was rather smooth, and I think the full insurance played a big role.
