The service attitude was extremely poor. They aggressively tried to sell me insurance and GPS, and when I refused, they even used offensive language. Then they came up with another trick, printing out an invoice with a 260 yuan fee and asking me to sign it. When I asked what the fee was for, that attempt also failed. Frustrated and angry, they told me to wait an hour to pick up the car (because I arrived an hour early, and it was previously agreed that I could return the car an hour early as well).

I have rented cars abroad twice, both times with QEEQ (in Canada and Turkey). The vehicles were in excellent condition, the procedures were simple, and the return process was incredibly fast!

Unfriendly. They didn't help me find the item I lost in the car, poor service.

Pickup was very convenient, and the vehicle was quite new. However, the hard sell on additional insurance was unpleasant.
