The wait time was extremely long. The first car had a flat front tire, and the second car had an unpleasant smell inside. Another customer came back to complain that their car was very dirty. The location was hard to find, and the rental place was messy and disorganized. When returning the car, they asked us for a GPS device we never rented. This was the worst car rental experience in two weeks of traveling.
