A completely fraudulent company. They delayed refunding the deposit after charging the actual consumption for two months. Even though their staff can speak English, they deliberately ignore you and force you to buy insurance. The quote from Zuzuche includes mileage, but the actual store doesn't acknowledge it and forces you to purchase additional mileage. Various ways of scamming your money—extra fuel charges included, and it's unclear whether they refunded them.

Returning the car is troublesome

Pickup and return were very quick, and the staff had a great attitude.

I rented a Mercedes E but received a Mercedes C. The next day, the car broke down on the highway, wasting a whole day waiting for a replacement. They replaced it with a Nissan and didn't refund the price difference. A Mercedes costs 700 per day, while a Nissan is only around 300 per day. This is truly awful.

Like: The car was literally brand new having 13 Kilometers. Car was not clean due to rain while being stored but one of the staff gladly washed it for me.
Dislike: Not a big issue but Garinta’s car pickup and delivery is off site, a very nice shuttle van takes you once you finish the paperwork to pick up your car. You need to tag the location on Google so that you find it easily upon returning the car.
