Thirdly, I smoked a few puffs of an e-cigarette with the car window open, and was charged 80 euros. It is recommended to choose a larger company; while they may seem expensive upfront, the overall cost is similar.

I told him I had already paid for everything, including the most expensive insurance. He explained that the insurance money doesn't go to the company. If there is an issue, they need to charge my credit card first for repairs, and then the insurance company reimburses me. I finally understood after his long explanation.
