The staff is limited and quite local, but it's not a problem for those with car rental experience.

Car was upgraded for free for me. Mitsubishi Xpander was a much larger SUV and it was brand new. I did not expect this and this was a pleasant surprise.

The worst thing is return area on BKK airport. No signs for ‘rental car return’ as on other airports. Because there is not a designated place to drop off the car. You just need to park it somewhere in the chaotic traffic jam of arrivals terminal, which took me almost an hour. Plus there is no gas station nor on the highway from Bangkok neither at the airport. You must find it somewhere on local roads. No one tells you of course :(

Like: Fast friendly service, great rates and easy pickup and return. No need to wait for shuttle.
Dislike: A bit tough to call them 10min ahead for drop off, especially if I am the only person in the car, and the roads to airport requires full attention. But I really love the easy drop off point.
