Excellent service

The car is a Japanese import with a 4WD version, easily handling the road conditions in the South Island. No need to worry about choosing an SUV, it's sufficient. There's plenty of space for two people.

The owner is very kind and considerate of customers' needs. He genuinely advises against renting unnecessary items, such as snow chains. The car was easy to drive, spacious, and had strong power. We were incredibly lucky that the license plate coincidentally matched our birthday. Everything went very smoothly, and both the car and the rental company made our trip an excellent experience.

The service was excellent, truly responsive to all requests. Since my language skills are not great, I encountered a rural gas station on the way to Lake Tekapo, and the process was a bit complex and different from what I'm used to in my home country. I decided to give the owner a video call, and to my surprise, they responded quickly. The owner calmly guided me through the fueling process via video. I’m very grateful!
