Firstly, the price is relatively affordable, which is commendable. On the pickup day, the procedures were simple and quick, and I got the car very fast. Additionally, the car was clean and, despite being an older model with 150,000 kilometers, it was well-maintained. However, the vehicle lacks a GPS system, so I had to use my phone for navigation. The problem is that the staff said they don't provide any phone holders or mounts, which is quite inconvenient for tourists renting cars.
When returning the car, I called 10 minutes in advance to inform them, and the customer service said there would be staff waiting for me. However, when I arrived, I still had to wait another 12 minutes for someone to show up, which made my schedule very tight.
