Highly satisfied. The process was simple, the staff's explanation was easy to understand, and there were no hidden charges or unauthorized deductions. Overall, the service was excellent.

Quick and simple. The car had several scratches, but since I purchased the insurance package, the staff pointed out all the scratch locations and assured me that the insurance would cover any damages. No smoking or durians in the car. Minor sand brought from the beach can be ignored.

I booked a Mitsubishi, but the rental company gave me a brand new seven-seater Toyota Corolla. I was satisfied but I wanted an MPV. The company's staff refused to help me find another car.

Like: The process was fast. Staff spotted a few scratches left by previous drivers which is well appreciated to avoid misunderstanding.
Dislike: Vehicle millage around 70k. However it is still in reasonable good condition.
