Chinese rental company, easy communication.

Although Aucar Rental is not located at the airport, their shuttle service is excellent and prompt. We didn't have to wait long at all.

The counter staff was nice and helpful, it’s the condition, age and dirtyness of the car that was not acceptable...

Good service but could be improved if a little explanation was given especially to first time visitors to Melbourne,like me. A little explanation on driving rules,tolls and parking in Melbourne would have helped a great deal. There was total lack of communication and personal touch to the service provided.

Booking system was good and efficient.

Like: Convenient to have own car...cheaper than getting transport or taxi
Dislike: Reduce fee for toll admin
