Aucar's airport location is very small, and the insurance deductible is very high. The staff are not familiar with their own vehicles. After we took the car, they asked us to return for a re-check. I would not choose this company again.

It was ok. Was a little troublesome getting to the location off the airport, especially for travellers, but overall was not too bad. One comment though, the car came with an empty tank. That was a little stressful at the start.

location a bit far from airport but provide pickup and drop off. stuff was helpful and friendly. when pick up car have a minor issue, on the spot solve it. good. overall good to excellence.

The pick up lady was very rude, we also heard her on the phone being extremly rude to a lady that called so it wasnt just is she didnt like. You jist sensed she doesnt like australians or doesnt like people. That really put us off.
