Feedback was slow. When they said they would urgently notify the insurance company, there was no reply for a long time. They promised a response by Monday, but by Wednesday, no updates were received. We hoped Zuzuche would help contact the 24-hour car rental office, but they couldn’t reach them either. Feeling anxious, we had to change our entire afternoon itinerary to personally drive to the rental office to record evidence and communicate face-to-face with them. It was a very unpleasant experience that made me question how the platform reviews and manages the qualifications of local rental companies.
