Fairly standard.

Arrived half an hour early but was informed there were no cars; offered an upgrade to an A6 but not for free. Waited half an hour and got a CLA instead. No attempts to sell insurance, no vehicle inspection during pickup, and no check during return. Very convenient.

I was two and a half hours late to pick up the car and was told the vehicle was no longer available. Communication with customer service was unhelpful (they said it was my fault for not reading the rental terms). I had to negotiate with the car rental company myself, and they finally resolved it (originally rented at Terminal 2, but they contacted Terminal 1 where a car was available).

The service attitude was okay, but there is a distance between the Munich train station outlet and the pickup location, and no staff accompanied us to pick up the car. The car's computer system malfunctioned during pickup, and it took the garage staff a long time to fix it, wasting an hour. If there are issues with the car, you have to negotiate back at the outlet with your luggage, which is very inconvenient.

The staff was very kind and humorous. He understood our language limitations well. Returning the car was very convenient; we just handed the key to the receptionist and confirmed the fuel tank was full.
