Hello , I rented a car from budget desk from suvarnabhumi airport at 20:00 on 17th February. Your staff at front desk was very rude. She was trying to explain ‘taking photo of the fine of driving high speed brochure and send as email’. At the beginning , I didn’t understand because of Thai accent. then she started speaking with very high tone and ugly speaking sound. these girls at front deck can be more polite with Thai smile

The staff at the store were very friendly and patient. Communication in English was smooth. There was a minor accident during the car rental, but it was handled well. I recommend buying QEEQ's comprehensive insurance. The whole process was great.
