Avis staff very friendly and efficient but there was only two of them at a busy time so pickup took a bit longer than expected.

QeeQ booking process was easy, price was great and there communication was excellent providing tips for both pick up and drop off.

Booked a Ford Focus but got a Corolla instead. The staff was friendly and provided thorough instructions.

Very dissatisfied. There were only two of us, and we rented a Ford Edge 5-seater SUV, which was quite large and booked three months in advance. At the airport, a black employee handled the paperwork but never mentioned an upgrade, just told us it was a Chevrolet. I agreed, thinking it was a similar type, and I can communicate in English without any problems. They also didn't inform me about the $20 charge because my husband was driving. They just had him keep selecting 'agree' without any explanation. When we returned the car, we got charged $80 and only then realized what had happened. Very angry. When we picked up the car, we saw it was a 5+2 seater and asked the staff at the station who confirmed it was the one. We drove off. I've already filed a complaint with the rental company and called to complain in the US. Originally, the rental wasn't cheap, and now it's even more expensive, about $107 per day. Very frustrated. Last year we also used this rental company for our US road trip, and it was fine. I hope you can resolve this issue because we would like to continue being your customers.

The rental process was indeed convenient. However, there is one issue I'm unsure about. After returning home, I noticed my credit card was still being charged by AVIS, which seems to be for toll fees. No one informed me about this at the time.

Like: Rented a mini van and then upgraded to a full size Ford Expedition - all was perfect
Dislike: I was in the middle of Hurricane Irma, and I could not add additional insurance to cover the car over the phone and all the locations around me were closed. I called the Avis for help and then told me to go to 2 locations which were were closed.
