Best road trip ever with budget and qeeq

When picking up the car, the actual vehicle provided was not the same as the one reserved. Additionally, upon arriving at the parking lot, there was no car in the designated spot. I returned to the counter only to find that Budget had already closed. After asking around, I learned that Budget shares operations with Avis, so I had to go to Avis and wait in line. Everyone ahead of me also had reservations but no cars, so they were sent to Avis as well. It seems better to choose a larger company for car rentals in the future.

I really dislike this company! They did not provide the car at the price I booked online and added several unnecessary insurance charges. Additionally, my reservation included a different drop-off location, and they charged me an extra $150 for a one-way fee. It's totally unreasonable! Even worse, the attendant told me that if I didn't add the insurance, I shouldn't rent the car, and they charged my credit card before letting me sign the contract! I advise all Chinese tourists to avoid renting from this company; they take advantage of Chinese customers!

Me cobraron ustedes en su portal una cantidad de 3600 pesos aproximadamente. Al revisar mi estado de cuenta tengo un cargo de 2400 adicional por parte de Budget. El carro está en perfectas condiciones, porque se me está cobrando ese exceso adicional?
