Easy rent are not the actual car rental company and so if you do have changed etc. you need to figure out the rental company details which I only got a phone number for - long distance phone calls are expensive so I didn't call them. Mild annoyance

Je n'ai pas compris pourquoi redonner toutes les informations liées à la location du véhicule alors que tout était déjà fait via le site internet. A l'accueil l'agent était très pressé...il faut vite comprendre. On nous oblige a signer le document justifiant de l'état du véhicule sans le voir. On nous retient le montant d'un plein d'essence remboursable sois 72h au retour alors qu'on laisse déjà une caution. J'ai chercher 10mn le véhicule dans le parking. Aucun agent sur place au depart
